The luncheon begins at 12:00 Noon EDT followed by the Chartering Ceremony and then a quick trip to a cemetery to honor the Circle’s namesake Arsinoe E. Martin who was a Union Nurse with the Indiana Sanitary Commission and died, aged 25, in 1863 of typhoid she contracted in camp.
